Requirements

EducationBachelors in Computer Science or related field

Debugging and Problem Solving:

Strong capability to diagnose, isolate, and fix complex production issues or performance bottlenecks methodically.

Automated Testing:

Proficiency in writing comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure high test coverage and robust deployments.

AI systems integration

Experienced in designing, implementing, and maintaining connections between software applications and modern AI/LLM systems. This includes hands-on experience working with LLM APIs (like OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models), prompt engineering, managing context windows, and utilizing orchestration frameworks (such as LangChain or LlamaIndex) to build intelligent, reliable features.

Security Hardening

Proven experience in identifying, mitigating, and protecting software applications and infrastructure from vulnerabilities. This includes hands-on practice with secure coding standards (OWASP Top 10), implementing robust authentication/authorization protocols, managing dependency vulnerabilities, and applying security controls (like data encryption at rest and in transit) to reduce the attack surface.

Quality Engineering Experience

This user should have experience with quality engineering.

AI tool skills

System Architecture: Participate in design reviews, choosing the right technical approaches to ensure system scalability, reliability, and security. Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate product requirements into robust technical specifications. Code Quality & Mentorship: Maintain high engineering standards through rigorous code reviews, automated testing, and comprehensive technical documentation. Monitoring & Optimization: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across production services to minimize downtime and technical debt.
